The attorneys at Klein and Fortune, P.A., can assist you with the probate of your loved ones estate.  I promise to make the  procedure as painless as possible, and at the lowest possible cost.  When clients discuss the issue of probate with me, most of them tell me that there are two things they really do not like about the procedure.  The first is that most attorneys want to charge a percentage of the total value of the estate for doing the legal work, rather than an hourly fee for the actual time incurred in doing the work;  and that the procedure takes to long of a time period to complete.  

LET ME BEGIN BY TELLING YOU THAT AT THE LAW FIRM OF KLEIN AND FORTUNE, P.A., WE WILL DO YOUR PROBATE WORK BASED ON EITHER AN HOURLY FEE BASIS OR ON THE STATUTORY FEE BASIS, WHICHEVER YOU ARE MOST COMFORTABLE WITH.  I also endeavor to accomplish the task and make distribution of the beneficiaries property to them at the earliest possible time.   With that said, let me tell you how I can assist you. 

When we first meet for the initial interview, which can be by telephone if you are not located in our area, I obtain as much information as possible and provide you with a form to return to me with any information I still require.  At our very next meeting, I have all the instruments ready that you need to sign in order for me to open and proceed to process the Estate.  I move as quickly as the Courts let me.  Most Estates are completed within six months of the day they are opened, and so far, all have been completed  within one year from the day they are opened.
